| | Our main goal at Jane’s Roses is to provide exceptional customer service, around the clock convenience, and exquisite flower selection. In our efforts to provide prompt delivery Jane’s Roses has 30,000 online distribution partners. In order to assure accurate delivery please take note of the following guidelines.

| Delivery time |
- Advanced delivery is limited up to a period of 30 days.
- Orders received by 1:00 p.m. are delivered by 8:00 p.m. the same day.
- Orders received after 1:00 p.m are delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. the next delivery day.
- Orders received after 1:00 p.m. on Saturday are delivered the next business day.
- There are no deliveries on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year Day, and Independence Day.

Delivery procedure |
- We do not deliver to p.o. boxes
- A $7.00 delivery fee is charged for each delivery address.
- Unless requested otherwise by the sender,,a pre-delivery phone call is sent to the recipient in order to set up a convenient delivery time
- If the recipient is not at the delivery location he or she will receive a note of unsuccessful delivery. The note will include our contact information so he or she can pick up the flowers or arrange for a future delivery .If a future delivery is arranged a $15 delivery charge is billed to the sender.
- Incorrect information on the order form will cause a delay in delivery.
